ECO-BURNER
The EcoBurner is a refillable burner that is simply placed below any existing chafing dish as an alternative to single-use gels or wicks. It is also used to power the EcoServe range of chafing dishes and is placed in the clips of the EcoServe or EcoPan to create a WATERLESS buffet. The EcoBurner provides consistent heat that is better for the environment and safer to use. It stays cool-to-touch, automatically shuts off if over-heated or accidently overturned and it eliminates the need for open chemicals being used next to food. EcoBurner uses up to 75% less carbon than gel or wick pots and because it can be refilled, zero fuel is wasted making it the sustainable choice for heating buffets.
