Höeller have a simple business principle: No matter when. No matter where. Simply Worldwide: When a buffet is planned or built, Höeller cold-hot device technology is the standard.

WHAT IS GORILLA GLASS?

Gorilla Glass is extremely strong and thin glass sheet. Much stronger than standard toughened or tempered glass. Gorilla Glass is chemically pre-stressed glass, which is then submerged into a 400°C hot salt bath. An example of use of this technology is the likes of ultra thin screens on touch screen devices.

Höeller was founded back in 1989 by Josef Holler as a sole proprietor. The early stages of Höeller was trading with induction fields and plates. In 2006 Höeller developed a world novelty: the first hot plate. The cold-hot plate presented temperature control and regulation technology for keeping dishes cold or warm from -5ºC to +140ºCelsius. This was then launched in 2007 at HOST Milano and in 2007 they received the Innovation reward “Karl Ritter von Ghega” innovation reward.

In 2014 the entire business focus was placed on gastronomy following that in 2016 they began operations internationally carefully selecting distribution companies to operate in 48 different countries.

Höeller passion is to continuously develop and produce our own patented buffet equipment and support our customers worldwide, from the planning process, the production to the execution of innovative buffet solutions and beyond. Whether made of solid wood or stainless steel, in dialogue with smooth surfaces such as dekton or marble – our many years of experience of all Höeller planners and technicians, guarantee sophisticated buffet solutions in keeping up with the trend of time.
