Built like a tank for a long life in a harsh environment of a commercial use. The fire pit is made of fire resistant chamotte bricks. Those bricks also provide heat accumulation for even temperature on the grilling surface. Stainless steel of heavy gauges is used throughout the product to ensure long life and stability.
It can be equipped with electric rotisserie for grilling of chickens, piglets etc. In this case you can have a whole grill as a rotisserie or whole grill as a conventional grill or you can split the two in a 50/50 configuration.
