As part of the Chef Buffet Live Station system, it helps operators create efficient and professional guest-facing service areas while ensuring meals are served on plates maintained at the ideal temperature.
Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit features two adjustable heated plate dispensers designed to accommodate plates from Ø18 cm to Ø24 cm. Four 0.4 kW heating elements provide consistent warming performance, while the digital control panel allows operators to easily monitor and adjust settings. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Chef Buffet stations, the Double Plate Dispenser combines functionality, efficiency, and presentation to support exceptional guest experiences.
