Crafted from lightweight cast aluminium, it delivers exceptional heat distribution while remaining significantly lighter than traditional cast iron cookware. The durable PFAS-free non-stick ceramic interior ensures healthier cooking and effortless food release, while the high-heat silicone enamel exterior provides outstanding durability and resistance in demanding commercial environments.
Designed for versatility, the body of the casserole is heat resistant up to approximately 320°C, making it suitable for high-temperature oven use across a wide range of cooking applications. The included tempered glass lid is heat resistant up to approximately 200°C, allowing you to monitor cooking progress without lifting the lid and losing heat or moisture.
